What we collect

When you use Lidless, we collect the following information:

  • Account information — your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from the OAuth provider.
  • Monitored URLs — the URLs you add as watchers, along with check results (status codes, response times, up/down state).
  • Alert configuration — webhook URLs, Slack/Teams webhook URLs, and email addresses you configure for notifications.
  • Usage data — basic request logs and session information necessary to operate the service.

How we use your data

  • To provide the monitoring service — checking your URLs and recording results.
  • To send you alerts when monitors change state (down, recovered, degraded).
  • To display your public status page, if you choose to enable one.
  • To authenticate you and maintain your session.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Third-party services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate Lidless:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, database (D1), edge compute (Workers), CDN, and Turnstile for bot protection.
  • Google — OAuth sign-in (only if you choose to sign in with Google).

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Data retention

Check results (response times, status codes) are retained for the lifetime of your account. When you delete a watcher, its associated check data is permanently removed. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can delete your watchers, alert channels, and account data at any time from your dashboard settings. If you need help with data deletion or have questions about your data, contact us at the email below.
